IHP values its extensive tradition of serving the communities in which it is located and operates. We are known throughout the industry as being a compassionate employer and continue to carry on our tradition of giving back to our communities. Investments in communities and education continue to grow with the many charitable organizations that IHP supports.

Our company supports educational, community and cultural organizations throughout our service areas. IHP contributes to local economies whenever practical by using local vendors, subcontractors, suppliers, banks and other local businesses and services. Donations of services such as labor and materials as well as financial gifts help out the communities that we share with our customers.

We are proud of our employees' participation in their communities. This participation is exemplified through the volunteering of their time and knowledge.
